Queen City Running Company Happy Hour Run
Tuesday, September 6 | 6 p.m.
Get your metabolism bumpin’ to kick off Marquette Craft Beer Week! Organized by our neighbors at Queen City Running Co., a 2 mile and 5 mile route will be set, starting at the shop (119 W. Baraga Ave.) and ending at the Ore Dock Brewing Co. This is a casual run; no timing, no pressure. The first round of post-run beer will be sponsored by Queen City Running Co. No RSVP required! Just show up at 6 p.m.
Movie Night: Beerfest

Amp up for the final countdown to the U.P. Fall Beer Festival with a classic at movie night in the attic. Free popcorn, no ticket lines.

Science on Tap

Science on Tap is a monthly lecture series held on the second Thursday of every month hosted by Northern Michigan University’s Biology Department. September’s topic is “Vaping & E-Cigs: Stairway to Heaven or Highway to Hell”, presented by James D. Sargent, MD, The Geisel School of Medicine at Dartmouth and David Wetter, PhD, Rice University & MD, Anderson Cancer Center.
Science on Tap is free and open to all ages.
Free Brewery Tours
Friday, September 9 | 3 p.m., 4 p.m. and 5:30 p.m. Starts (approximate)
Not just any brewery tour, we also reveal the secrets (well not all of them) to one of our fine ales. After an hour among the brews, you can walk away with a little beer knowledge and some happy taste buds! Register in advance (and quickly – each tour will be capped at 30 people!)
