THE BREWERY
The brewery
actually consists of two separate brewing systems, our
"production brewhouse" and our "R&D brewing
system." The production brewhouse consists of a 10 bbl
(barrel) stainless steel DME mash tun, lauder tun,
brew kettle, and hot liquor tank. In addition, we have
four, 10 bbl conical fermenters and six serving tanks.
Our R&D brewing system consists of a 1 bbl mash
tun/lauder, brew kettle, hot liquor tank, and
fermentation tank.
The beauty of two systems is that we have the ability to produce a variety of beers that you will always find on tap, in addition to providing smaller batches of experimental beers and rotating taps.
